While we include traditional elements such as chanting, chakras, and yoga history, the program is science-based and non-religious, focusing on biomechanics, alignment, strength, mind-body connection, and overall wellness. Students of all backgrounds and faiths are welcome, equipped with practical tools to enhance their practice, teaching, and everyday life.

    This 200-hour in-person Austin training is delivered by experienced instructors in a supportive and encouraging environment. While we include traditional elements such as chanting, chakras, and yoga history, the program is science-based and non-religious, focusing on biomechanics, alignment, strength, mind-body connection, and overall wellness. This training runs on a structured weekly schedule that balances practical workshops, theory, and personal practice. Full attendance is required, so it’s important to understand the time commitment before applying.
