While we include traditional elements such as chanting, chakras, and yoga history, the program is science-based and non-religious, focusing on biomechanics, alignment, strength, mind-body connection, and overall wellness. Students of all backgrounds and faiths are welcome, equipped with practical tools to enhance their practice, teaching, and everyday life.

    This 200-hour in-person Cape Town training is led by highly experienced instructors who create a warm and encouraging learning environment. While traditional yoga aspects such as chanting, chakras, and philosophy are included, the program remains science-based and non-religious, with a focus on alignment, strength, mind-body connection, and overall well-being. Students from all backgrounds and beliefs are welcome, supported with practical tools to enhance both their practice and daily life.

This training runs on a structured weekly schedule that balances practical workshops, theory, and personal practice. Full attendance is required, so it’s important to understand the time commitment before applying.

Monday to Friday: 10:00am – 5:00pm  

Saturday & Sunday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

EonYoga regularly welcomes students from outside South Africa. The Cape Town training is structured to be accessible and manageable for international participants.

Uber and local transport are widely available. Most international students do not require a car.
