    Asana Refinement & Advanced Postures - A deeper look into advanced asanas with variations, activations, and intelligent modifications designed to shift old movement habits and create greater stability, strength, and awareness.

  • Anatomy and Physiology – Gain a thorough understanding of the human body, its systems, and how they connect to yoga practice and teaching.

    Advanced Sequencing - Learn to craft purposeful sequences that support different levels, class themes, and styles, while maintaining safety, creativity, and anatomical logic.

  • Philosophy and Ethics – Learn the foundations of yoga philosophy, including the eight limbs, history, and essential ethical principles for guiding your students.

  • This 200-hour in-person Austin training is delivered by experienced instructors in a supportive and encouraging environment. While we include traditional elements such as chanting, chakras, and yoga history, the program is science-based and non-religious, focusing on biomechanics, alignment, strength, mind-body connection, and overall wellness. Students of all backgrounds and faiths are welcome, equipped with practical tools to enhance their practice, teaching, and everyday life.

Format, schedule, and tuition

The Austin 300-hour training runs as an in-person cohort supported by structured modules, practice teaching, and guided integration. Full attendance is required, and the schedule is designed to support working teachers.
